Affectionately known as “Manju” at SiA (Seva in Action), Mr. Manjunath H.S is one of the most cheerful and dedicated individuals in the team. His journey is a true reflection of hard work, perseverance, and the power of inclusive opportunities.

Manjunath’s professional journey began when SiA placed him at Hara Fitness, Wilson Garden, Bengaluru, where he worked as an Office Assistant. His sincerity and enthusiasm quickly earned him appreciation.

​

Recognizing his potential, SiA later placed him at Coffee Day Hub Technology, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, where he handled assembly work with precision and responsibility. His consistent performance and positive attitude made him a valued team member wherever he worked.

 

In December 2019, SiA facilitated his placement at RNS Institutions, Bengaluru, as a Housekeeping Assistant. This role brought him long-term stability and confidence in his professional life.

Resilience During the Pandemic​

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, life changed for many families, including Manjunath’s. His mother lost her job during this difficult time. However, Manjunath’s skills and training acquired through SiA made him self-reliant and capable of supporting his family.

 

His work and earnings became a source of comfort and pride for his mother, who could finally rest knowing her son was standing strong on his own feet.

Manjunath’s story exemplifies the spirit of empowerment through inclusive employment. From his early training at SiA to his steady progress across different workplaces, he continues to inspire others around him.
